Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes! All our packaging is recyclable. The caps and fittings do need to be removed before recycling.
Where is the product made?
All of our ingredients are sourced in Australia. We chose this for a number of reasons. The Australian is renowned for its harsh and severe climate. Such climates harbour the ideal environment for native plants and flowers to thrive and contain maximum potency and efficacy when extracted and put into our skincare. Our products are made and packaged in Australia and shipped globally. When shopping, simply select your region’s currency converter on the top right of the products page.
Are your products organic?
We choose to use certified organic ingredients where possible, but we are not and don’t claim to be “certified organic". All of our products contain organically derived ingredients. Please refer to the ingredients list where you will see * next to all certified organically sourced ingredients.
Do you use synthetic preservatives or additives?
No. You'll be glad to know that our products proudly contain no parabens, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, synthetic ingredients or harsh preservatives. SLS is used in a range of domestic cleaning products, personal hygiene products (such as toothpaste), haircare and skincare products. In skincare it is primarily used in cleansing products for its ability to create a lather when it comes into contact with water, though it can also be used as an emulsifier. Our foaming agents are coconut derived.
What is the shelf life of the products?
Due to their organic nature, we have a 12-month shelf life on all of our products.
Can I use the products if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes. All except anything containing Vitamin A. Our products, being organic in nature are great for use while pregnant. We simply ask that you check the products for ingredients as it is not recommended to use Vitamin A during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Products containing Vitamin A (and should be avoided while pregnant and breastfeeding) are The All Night Stand (Vitamin A Serum). If you have any concerns, please consult your medical practitioner before commencing use.
I’ve tried some of your products and my skin is tingling. Is this normal?
Due to the ingredients in our products being naturally derived, the ingredients are potent and highly active. You may experience some tingling after using some of our products, this is not necessarily an ‘allergic reaction’. This could simply be active ingredients stimulating the skin.
We ask that you thoroughly check all ingredients in the products listed on our website to make sure that the formulations are right for you. Please remember that the introduction of any new skincare products can cause a slight reactive sensation as your skin becomes accustomed to the active ingredients.
If you suffer any adverse reactions, please discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention.
Are your products suitable for men?
Absolutely! Our mission as a brand is to provide incredible, quality, organic skincare while building health and wellbeing awareness in our community. Our product usage is not gender specific.

Are all the Glow Republic products safe to use together?
Our products are formulated to fit easily into any skincare routine for optimum GLOW. While all of our products can be used together, our products are highly active, so there are a few guidelines to follow to ensure you're positively GLOWing.
Less is more.
Due to the active nature of our Glow Polish, Super C Brightener, Glow Enzyme Peel and Brightening Pink Clay Mask, we recommend using these on different days or as directed. This gives your skin a rest on the actives, and time to realise the amazing results of our multi-tasking formulas. You should not exfoliate with our products more than 3 times a week. This means, if using either our Glow Polish and Glow Enzyme Peel, you can use them up to 3 times a week. If you are using both products, the 3 times a week rule still applies but to both of them. That might mean Glow Polish twice a week, and Glow Reveal Enzyme Peel once a week, or vice versa unless directed otherwise in your pure-scription.
NOTE: You ‘can’ use Glow Polish followed by Super C Brightener. You are likely to feel a tingling sensation for a few minutes which will subside. This is NOT recommended for excessively dry or sensitive skin.
Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Our products have been formulated to be suitable for all skin types (Normal, Oily, Dry, Combination and sensitive). Please be sure to check the ingredients in each product prior to using in case you are not sure whether a product is right for you. Please note that our products have not been designed to treat eczema, psoriasis, rosacea or any other skin disorders. If you suffer from any skin conditions or are under medical supervision for skin diseases or disorders, please seek medical advice before using our products. All ingredients are listed on our website and on the label of the products for you to check the ingredients, and make sure that they are suitable for you prior to purchase.

Where do you ship to and how long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide! Shipping in Australia and the UK is generally within 3-5 business days. For the rest of the world, please allow 2-3 weeks for your shipment to arrive.
Please also note that delays and additional shipping delays outside of our controlmay occur. Once shipped and tracking numbers are provided, it is the responsibility of the receiver to track their shipment and contact the specific shipping company listed in their tracking details.

How can I pay for my order?
Depending on your location, we have various payment methods available. We are working on providing our global community with various payment methods and will announce via our social media accounts as these progress and become available.
For our worldwide community, payment options include: Mastercard and VISA Credit and Debit Cards and PayPal.
For our UK community, we also have the option of ClearPay and Laybuy.
Why are natural ingredients better for my skin?
It has been scientifically proven that some of the body and cosmetic products we commonly use and expose ourselves to, contain ingredients that are linked to cancer, reproductive challenges, birth defects, asthmatic symptoms and skin allergies - just to name a few. Natural skin care products contain none of these health damaging ingredients.
As the skin is the largest organ in the body and absorbs everything you put on it, it's imperative that thought is given to what skin products you use.
Instead of damaging health, natural skin care products often contain health promoting ingredients that are packed full of vitamins and antioxidants such as rosehip oil, green tea and hyaluronic acid. Not only do such ingredients promote long term positive health outcomes, they are also beneficial for general skin health, complexion and vitality. Because the ingredients found in natural skin care products are derived from the Earth from natural sources, they work with your body to heal, flourish and thrive.
